EcoBlue (“EcoBlue,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use ecobluevac.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you submit the distributor application form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email, phone number, city and state, the program you’re interested in, and where you are today in your sales career. We also collect anonymous, aggregated usage data to improve the site.

3. How we use it

Your application data is used solely to review your application and contact you about the EcoBlue distributor opportunity. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

4. How long we keep it

Application data is retained for as long as your distributor relationship with EcoBlue is active, plus up to 3 years for legal and recordkeeping purposes.

5. Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the site and respond to applications (for example, email delivery), and only as needed. We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing randy@ecobluevac.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a revised “last updated” date.
